Fresh Herb Chicken Salad
- 4 cups diced or shredded cooked chicken *
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Vlasic® Bread and Butter Chips Chopped
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
- 1 Tbsp. brine from pickle jar
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
- 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- Blend chicken with mayonnaise, pickles, red onion, pickle brine, parsley and black pepper. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
*Save time and use a store bought rotisserie chicken.
