- 1 Tbsp. parsley finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. pickle brine
- 2 ciabatta or hearty hoagie rolls split and toasted
- 1 large tomato thinly sliced
- 1 slices crisp-cooked bacon
- 6 Vlasic® Bold & Spicy Chipotle Spears
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves
- Blend mayonnaise with parsley and pickle brine in a small bowl.
- For each sandwich, evenly spread mayonnaise mixture on toasted rolls. Layer each with half the tomatoes, bacon, pickles and lettuce.
