Hot Dogity Dilly Eggrolls
- 8 eggroll wrappers
- yellow mustard
- 4 frankfurters cut in half horizontally then cut in halves
- 4 Vlasic® Kosher Dill Spears cut into halves and then cut into strips
- 8 slices American Cheese
- For each eggroll, drizzle wrapper with mustard and arrange 2 frankfurter slices, 2 pickle strips and cheese. Roll up according to eggroll package directions.
- Heat vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet and fry eggrolls seam side down. Turning to allow all sides to brown. Remove to paper towel lined plate.
- Serve hot with additional mustard and ketchup.
