Hot Dogity Dilly Eggrolls



  1. For each eggroll, drizzle wrapper with mustard and arrange 2 frankfurter slices, 2 pickle strips and cheese. Roll up according to eggroll package directions.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet and fry eggrolls seam side down. Turning to allow all sides to brown. Remove to paper towel lined plate.
  3. Serve hot with additional mustard and ketchup.
