Loaded Fried Pickles
- Combine the flour, milk and egg in medium bowl. Place breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl or plate. Arrange pickles on paper towels to remove excess liquid.
- Heat 1-inch oil medium pot over medium-high heat until a deep-fry thermometer registers 375°F.
- Add pickles to the batter. Remove from batter using a slotted spoon and coat evenly with bread crumbs. Add to oil one at a time. Fry 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown.
- Arrange fries on a parchment lined baking sheet and top with cheese and bacon. Broil until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with tomatoes and green onions.
