Pressed Cuban Subs
- Yield: 2 Servings
- 4 Tbsp. yellow mustard
- 2 hero or sub rolls sliced lengthwise
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 6 thick slices roast pork
- 4 slices ham
- 4 Vlasic® Kosher Dill Stackers®
- For each sandwich, evenly spread mustard on rolls. Layer each with half the cheese, pork, ham and stackers. Toast sandwiches in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Place a heavy-duty pot on sandwich and gently press down while cooking, turning sandwich once, until bread is toasted and sandwich is warm*.
*Press in a Panini maker according to manufacturer’s directions.
